Obama Admin Issues ANOTHER Obamacare Delay

Tattered American Flag Distressobama is just going about his daily routine of unilaterally rewriting obamacare to protect vulnerable demoncrat House & Senate seats for the coming elections. Insurers with policies that do not comply with the minimum requirements of barackobamacare can continue to offer said policies until October 1, 2016! What a coincidence that covers not only the 2014 midterms but also those running for office in 2016 especially whomever will be running on the DNC SNC presidential ticket!

Folks have you noticed how silent Congress is as of late with all these violations of the “law of the land”? Remember when they use to swear they would do whatever it takes to stop this law from being implemented?! Pretty quiet now aren’t they! The Executive Branch does not have the power to write/ rewrite laws but Congress remains completely silent as this dictator destroys the country!

Congress listen loud and clear: Your silence and lack of action is in fact a clear sign of complicity to run this country into the ground.

As for Chris Van Hollen… he is a certified joke and a disgrace to the US House of Representatives. Why do demoncrats like Van Hollen expect conservative and republicans to help make obamacare work? Not one republican voted for the law yet radical closet communists attack them for not being in favor of any change or unilateral move by the boy king on the law of the land. Obamacare is as much a law of the land as any other law including all those gun laws on the books. If this president can change laws on the fly then why do any of them matter? If he doesn’t have to follow the law then why should we? Maybe we should start carrying weapons in public because we don’t agree with law!

Administration offers 2-year ObamaCare extension for canceled health plans

The Obama administration announced Wednesday that it will let people keep health insurance plans that would otherwise be out of compliance with ObamaCare for another two years, in a delay Republicans portrayed as an election-year ploy.

The administration had already given people a one-year reprieve after millions had their health plans canceled last year, despite President Obama’s promises that people could keep their plans if they wanted. The so-called “fix” was meant to ease the transition as well as the political headache for Democrats — but the “fix,” and the latest extension, will have limited impact, since it is up to individual insurance companies and state commissioners whether to re-offer canceled policies.

Republicans blasted the latest announcement as another sign the health law is faltering and Democrats want political cover. A spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner said the move “reeks of politics.”

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell called it a “desperate move to protect vulnerable Democrats in national elections later this year.”

“By announcing a new delay in requiring that policies meet minimum coverage standards, the administration avoids a new round of health policy cancellations set to hit shortly before the November elections,” he said in a statement.

But the Department of Health and Human Services argued that the administration is simply trying to provide “flexibility” while the entire law is being implemented...more
