There is no other way for Judge Napolitano to explain what the obama DOJ did, to Federal District Judge Andrew Hanen, than to say ‘they lied, and they lied about lying.’ The regimes attorneys have “intentionally” lied when arguing obama’s executive amnesty:

The DOJ more or less LIED 100K times because 100K illegal aliens were given a temporary pass when the DOJ said they weren’t! Another example confirming this country is a Banana Republic (it will be in stone when Clinton is set free for violating the Espionage Act). The Judge threw the book at the DOJ, Atty Gen Lynch and he ordered these SOB’s to mandatory ethics classes but that won’t change a thing, this country needs a good old-fashioned purge…
