Trey Gowdy rightfully destroys FBI Director James Comey for this act of injustice he committed. Comey needs to resign or be impeached by Congress. To more or less admit everything said about Clinton is true, volunteer more damaging info and to suggest that she has in fact lied (even though he refused to say it) but let her off is a slap spitting in the face of ALL Americans.
NO WHERE under US Code 18 793(f) is there any mention of/ legal test for ‘intent’! Comey made it clear Clinton was careless and negligent but still chose not to recommend any legal action!?
