The court system is riddled with radical Leftist judges whose role is more like activism than upholding the rule of law. DACA is not law, it is an illegal, unconstitutional action by a fmr lawless president via memorandum to DHS. How can an injunction be issued for something that isn’t even legal binding US immigration law?
