This is not a one time event. This is not stuttering, as the Left has argued in defense of this man claiming he has always had a stutter, relating it to the brain surgery he had 30+ years ago. What you are seeing is this man’s mental state continue to degrade in realtime on live television.
There is NO WAY this man is running this country, when he can’t even give speeches (no State of the Union btw!) off a teleprompter (all he has to do is stand there and read), and is hurried away many times from reporters!! (Trump would’ve answered the reporters question at the end of the clip, where as this guy gave a circle back like answer)
