Nothing to laugh or mock at because it’s California. This mentality exists coast to coast among the uninformed permanent entitlement/ dependent voting class. What’s most disturbing is how Mark Dice ends some of the encounters stating illegal weapons will stay on the streets in the hands of the criminal element and the petition signers say nothing!
