I’m no fan of conspiracy theories or anything like that but with this regime anything is possible. They have demonstrated the lengths they will go through to cover things up. Heck they blamed a video no one saw and left four men for dead in Benghazi to avoid those with direct knowledge to ever speak out as to what is/was going on in Libya.
