Now he cares about the sequester and budget cuts?!
Where is he going to put these dirtbags? Many states have budget, over-crowding issues and are actually letting criminals out of prisons. So he wants to put detainees into supermax? He just whined about the budget, whats the difference if terrorists are kept at Guantanamo Bay or in a supermax? No way will the American people be okay with these guys being kept on US soil that’s why we have Gitmo in the first place.
You can’t let them go either as the recidivism rate is through the roof. Many detainees let loose have been re-captured on the battlefield fighting our troops.
Tell you what mr president why don’t you move these guys into your backyard be it in DC, Chicago, Hawaii or wherever you will end up when your term is up!?
