I don’t think it’s arrogance on his majesty’s part, I think it is fear masked with arrogance. The Chinese own us and Russia is more than happy to get in a fight with us! That said do you think the petulant child would say what most would have preferred him to say? No of course not he will make like he is the big dog and those countries should be coming to him about how to deal with Snowden.
