The regime wants to get as many people as possible onto obamacare so it will be impossible to repeal even if an act of God happens where the GOP regains power in the Senate, holds the House and a republican is voted into the White House in ’16. None of it will really matter as the true end goal is to create such chaos that the progressives (R’s & D’s) will offer up a solution that will take us to single payer system.
