Can someone explain to the American people how a 27 page handwritten letter by KSM went from Gitmo to England? If this letter got out what else has gotten out of Gitmo? How do we know KSM is not giving out encrypted orders in these letters for future attacks? This is a major security risk not only to the US but our allies.
