Krauthammer has it right the emperor cannot do too much because the House holds the power of the purse. Obama “can stop, obstruct and regulate” though through his thug enforcement agencies like the EPA, where he will be able to create as much havoc as he has to date! This should be the real concern for everyone as we have seen the amount of damage the emperor can do through the IRS, NSA, DOJ and EPA. Whatever he does the impotent French Republicans will stand aside and allow it because they are as corrupt as obama!
