The Judge sat with Megyn Kelly to go over this weeks collection of the emperors violations of the law which to this day remains unchallenged by our impotent Congress and court system. He is setting DANGEROUS precedents that put the nations at risk from opening the door to illegal aliens with terror ties to obamacare. Napolitano was clearly angered by obama’s newest power grab with obamacare allowing “the IRS extract under penalty of perjury a affirmations for people who want to change their the workup of their business” where the Judge enlightens us that obama does not have the authority to create a crime “when he says in order to do X you must swear that you’re not doing Y and if you don’t swear that you’re not doing Y it’s perjury he is creating a crime which he is absolutely forbidden from doing!”
This current roster in Congress is not going to do anything to stop this madman in the white house. Too many of them are concerned with holding their seats thrones of power to risk any move to stop him which could backfire and hurt them politically. We have the progressive republicans to thank for this mindset who went against Ted Cruz when he was trying to defund oabamacare. Instead of helping they went against him and we had the govt shutdown which even though it was Reid and Obama’s shutdown it was blamed on TEA Party and conservatives in the GOP.
Folks we are just about out of silver bullets to stop this monster. Article V’ing the corrupt is too far out, too much can happen by the time enough states get on board and God only knows what the progressives will try to pass to stop our efforts!
