Where is the imperial emperor on this? He runs around the nation whining about income inequality but where is he on the millions of Americans who make too much for Medicaid but not enough for his precious law of the land subsidies?! This is real income inequality when people cannot afford his stupid socialistic healthcare law! Seeing that his policies are destroying the middle class I will bet many Americans have seen a drop in their incomes that put them into this segment of obamacare coverage gap.
