Why would they? It was the DOJ and Holder who protected the Black Panthers in the ’08 voter intimidation case. The regime approves of the Black Panthers and will not get involved as they create tension and divide the nation. Maybe they will create enough racial tension for Obama to have a nice crisis to benefit from!
