Levin makes a great point during this interview. If the Supreme Court knocks down Obamacare the Emperor will find a way around them DEFY them and find a way to implement as much of Obamacare as he can. He has done it repeatedly in bypassing Congress, he did it with his recent backdoor immigration move via Executive Order he will use EO again if SCOTUS rules against him. Let me say it again the Emperor has bypassed COngress he WILL BYPASS the Supreme Court.
