Andy McCarthy to Mark Levin: McCain’s Idiotic Remark Has Done More for Cause of Non-Intervention Than Non-Interventionist Camp

You see what progressives like McRINO do on controversial issues or things said is they trivialize it and act like it’s no big deal. Progs act as if they are experts, in this case McCain tries to come off as if he is an expert, highly educated on middle eastern culture that the meaning of phrases like “Allahu Akbar” are nothing of any concern. Most of us have always understood this cry heard by islamic radicals to mean “god is great”. Well Andy McCarthy explains to Mark Levin that the true meaning of “Allahu Akbar” is not the same as a Christian saying “Thank God!”, as McCain argued, but “Allahu Akbar” is in fact a war cry!

“…we’re talking in particular about islamic supremacists who see themselves at war with everybody who doesn’t see the world as they do. And they believe they’ll win because their God is greater than everybody else’s God, that’s the Genesis of the expression. It literally means God is greater and as is the case with almost everything that comes out of Islamic heritage this traces back to Mohammed. It has been used, the phrase has been used as a war cry because Mohammed you said as a war cry when he attacked the Jews…”

People need to get off putting McCain on a pedestal for what he went through during Vietnam associating that with the man today as if he is the final say on may matters relating to the military and national security. His actions today are not in line with the sentiment of most conservative Americans. Thank you for your service John but it’s time for you to come out of the socialist/ progressive closet and retire!
