This guy just loves to blame the republicans for every little problem looking for any opportunity to seize power being a lawless president. The proposals in general are not radical or extreme it is the methods he wants to use to implement them that are radical and extreme. When he is rejected he takes the law into his own hands using the people as an excuse to use powers not delegated to him that is radical and extreme. I will do what I want when I want. To hell with the will of the American people and the rule of law. If Congress doesn’t do what I want them to do then I will act on my own.
