Not sure what kind of investigation if any on civil rights can be launched against Florida Gun Supply owner Andrew Hallinan who declared his shop would be a “Muslim Free Zone“. Reason being is that DOJ should know that as a gun store owner and FFL Hallinan has legal authority to scrutinize and reject the sale of weapons if they feel an unlawful act will be committed! This is just proof how quickly this regime will bow to special interests like CAIR and unleash its power against a citizen over race or claims of civil rights violations.

CAIR to Seek DOJ Probe of ‘Muslim Free Zone’ Businesses in Florida, New Hampshire

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today said it will call on the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate possible federal civil rights violations by businesses in Florida and New Hampshire that have been declared “Muslim free zones.”
CAIR says that systematically banning Muslims from such businesses is a violation of federal laws prohibiting racial and religious discrimination in public accommodations.
