In a 5-3 decision the judicial activists have ruled getting an abortion is a Constitutional right!
Looking through my copy of that old dusty US Constittion I can’t seem to find the Article or Amendment where killing unborn babies is a right. It must be somewhere in that Good & Plenty Clause huh?
