Update 10:22 pm est: Fox news reports the civilian who was shot by another civilian has not died, but is clinging to life on life support!
There is no way any cop especially now is going to draw their weapon and fire into a crowd of people. Whoever shot the young man in the head, (Charlotte Police Chief confirmed on Kelly File) is looking to start a full on riot as the police no doubt will be blamed!
