The US govt and all… ALL parties involved, is breaking multiple federal immigration laws by flying and busing illegal aliens, they’re NOT migrants, around the country. Yes, we all know it’s happening but when you see vids like this it’s like getting hit in the gut again. The govt is betraying the American people DAILY as they engage in huamn trafficking to change America’s demographics leading to permanent one party rule, as they successfully accomplished in California.
Where are the supposed champions of our Republic to stand up to the tyrants violating our laws and hold EVERYONE from the bus drivers, pilots, contractors, border agents to DHS Sec, the VP and POTUS responsible??? “Just following orders” is not a good enough excuse for those engaged in these acts of human trafficking. Surely govt workers/low-level officials have something similar to the military’s Code of Conduct they must follow? Just because you’re given an order doesn’t mean you have to follow it if you’re breaking the law!

It’s a crime aiding and assisting “migrants” to enter the US
8 U.S. Code § 1327 – Aiding or assisting certain aliens to enter
Employing “migrants” is a crime
8 U.S. Code § 1324a – Unlawful employment of aliens
Making false statements to enter the US is a crime
42 U.S. Code § 1383a – Penalties for fraud
Providing “migrants” with fraudulent documents (identification, authentication et) is a crime
8 U.S. Code § 1324c – Penalties for document fraud
Just because they’re govt officials doesn’t mean they’re above the law, what these bastards are doing is NOT protected under Qualified Immunity. There’s no doubt the law has been perverted and meaning redefined like progressives have done with the 14th Amendment, where they claim a baby born on US soil by illegal alien parents is a US citizen(“anchor baby”). No the baby is not, parents who are NOT US citizens and do not have a legal right to be in the US (resident alien, visa etc) cannot pass citizenship over to their newborns.
Someone, somewhere needs to open the law books up and find a way to be able to start arresting these people. Until we see border agents, bus drivers, pilots, (YES sorry they’re complicit/ conspiracist in a crime regardless of their excuse “just following orders”), their superiors, DHS officials and YES those in the White House arrested for breaking the laws cited on this page, NOTHING is going to change.
