Yea but look at what the emperor is doing, he is not going to the Knesset! Instead he is going to visit/ speak in front of some leftist group. By not speaking to the Knesset it is a message to the radicals in the arab world that he does not recognize the Israeli government! In the Arab world actions speak louder than words.
