Even if the lawsuit is successful who will enforce it? Emperor obama will not obey court rulings, being a lawless president it’s silly to think he will all of a sudden stop being lawless if a court rules so! McCarthy spelled it out that it’s not the court’s job to settle political disputes even though there are legit violations of the law committed by emperor 0. So McCarthy cites other options available to the republicants to stop obama via cutting the purse and impeaching low-level Executive Branch officers, this is where we will disagree.
Congress already tried to cut the purse back in Oct with obamacare and that failed. If Congress couldn’t muster the support to stop the most destructive piece of legislation in US history what makes them think they will be able to cut off funds to obamacares namesake? The other problem that must be addressed is the progressive republicans who will torpedo any effort to stop his majesty. Once in a while they show whose side they are on, not ours, taking positions that leave folks scratching their heads! Let’s also not forget the insurrection we witnessed committed by progressive republicans against Senate primary candidate Chris McDaniel, that alone shows they will take positions that are good for them not the country!
As for impeaching low-level regime members it won’t happen. Congress again does not have the balls to do it. If they did they would have already done it to obama’s bodyguard Eric Holder, who was found to be in contempt of court. How has that worked out? Last time I checked it’s business as usual at the DOJ. The House could impeach but remember it is the Senate where it must be tried and that will not happen with Harry Reid in power.
We the people do not have any options left. Multiple opportunities were lost to change DC during this primary season. People supposedly are very upset with DC but chose to leave incumbents in play to run for re-election! Odds are we will see a few seats change hands in the House and Senate but how many will be true conservatives?! The courts are useless where judges have become political activists vs upholding the rule of law, so that’s out. The US military normally would be the solution but they pick and choose who domestic enemies are. If a terrorist organization was doing everything our politicians are doing to us the military would act. Instead they sit back and watch, waiting got take orders from the very people who screw them daily! The military has become obedient to man and government even though they took an oath to God and Country!
