This border crisis is completely manufactured within the regime leaving the Border Patrol and DHS out of the loop. By DHS/ Border Patrol being unprepared this humanitarian crisis has a larger impact since the regime knows in the public eye cries to “do something” will be stronger and come faster than they have.
