The United Nations Human Rights Committee has ruled govts cannot return refugees to their country of origin if they’re claiming asylum from the threat of climate crisis! Apparently the UN has ruled climate change is real and anyone seeking asylum is now immune from deportation. To make matters even more absurd the UNHRC also state that an asylum seeker doesn’t have to prove that “they would face immediate harm, if deported back to their home countries”!? They could just say it and that would be all good…. The Left is surely jumping for joy over this ruling because it validates their lie told over and over again that climate change is real and provides a loophole for illegals to stay in countries they’re invading.

“Climate refugees cannot be sent home, the U.N. Human Rights Committee ruled in a landmark judgment.
‘The decision sets a global precedent,’ Kate Schuetze, Amnesty International’s Pacific Researcher said Monday, in response to the news. ‘It says a state will be in breach of its human rights obligations if it returns someone to a country where – due to the climate crisis – their life is at risk, or in danger of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment triggered.’
While the judgment is not binding, it does emphasize that countries have a legal responsibility to protect people whose lives are threatened by the climate crisis.”
…but you know that won’t stop liberals demands for compliance.
Progressive and UN groups already aiding caravans telling illegal aliens to say their refugees to gain access to the US, so you can be sure they’ll advise invoking climate change into their plea, citing this UN ruling even though it’s not binding.
The United States answers to no one, and no UN ruling is going to override the US Constitution, when it jeopardizes national security because of what some people think might happen to the climate based on junk BIASED science. This is but another reason why the UN is a joke and no longer serves it’s intended purpose.
