The strategic reserves are for EMERGENCIES, not putting a band-aid on failed politically driven economic policies, let alone sending it to allies and enemies of America!
This reserve is meant for a major disruption in oil production, massive disaster or war to ensure infrastructure can keep the lights on, and also ensure the military has the energy they need to run communications, radar and tracking systems, vehicles, aircraft and weapon systems.
What this incompetent admin has done should be considered treason at this point.
Oh and for the record the PUSSIES in the GOP remain silent, whereas the dems would’ve already called for 25th Amendment to be invoked while starting the impeachment process if POTUS was a republican… Trump!
