Though I don’t doubt the orders came from the White House the odds of getting someone to admit it are extremely low. Remember who you are dealing with America, these people are experts at deception, misdirection and burying any traces of information that could lead back to them. They use personal email accounts to conduct official business to keep things off the “public record”. Theoretically based on what we know all our questions could be answered as to who, what, where and when if the NSA was ordered to provide the data!
I can tell you now nothing will lead directly to the emperor. He of all people knows better and would leave no trace of such an order if it existed. Of the numerous visits IRS officials had at the WHite House it’s safe to assume the orders were given through general suggestive hypothetical dialogue. Who would be behind such activity?
The only person IMO that could be behind all of this is the one person who has managed to stay out of the spotlight but has been referred to as “the other half of Obama’s brain  Valerie Jarrett!
