Of course he is! It’s all part of the master plan to bring the US down “equal” to the rest of the world. As he weakens the US he stands by or even encourages the coming caliphate into this new 21st century group of superpower nations. You cannot have an islamic caliphate with the kind of power and influence they are seeking with a superpower based on freedom standing in the way like the US.
