Mr. Moore should demand to be told who called the tip in. To have the police come to your home over a photo of a child HOLDING a weapon PROPERLY unlike some senators…
is a violation of Fourth Amendment rights. There is no sign of abuse, no crime being committed etc. Anyone who saw the picture would know this, the reaction by police and child services is way over the top. Moore should seek to prosecute the police for Fourth Amendment violation but also child services and the tipster.
The bigger issue here is the ongoing narrative by the left to make people but more importantly children fearful of guns.
