Pay attention to what Kelly asks Johnson about Congress’ options to stop obama. The power of the purse or impeachment… both have been rendered useless at this point. The power of the purse failed during the obama/ Reid shutdown because of progressives masquerading as republicans and NO ONE will initiate impeachment. So what are we left to do? Lawsuits are all that is left and as you know Harry Reid invoked the nuclear option in order to stack those very courts, that lawsuits like this and Sen Paul’s NSA class action suit, with radical judges.
Time is not on our side folks the midterm elections could be our last shot at stopping this train wreck. Obama and company are going to run the clock down for two reasons:
1) so they can in fact stack the courts
2) too many people will be signed up in obamacare, its “tentacles” will be so spread out and entwined it will be impossible to repeal.
