Big shocker! It seems the left in a last act of desperation since losing the White House, regaining majorities in the House and Senate are going for Hail Mary. From DREAMers to now Jesse Jackson, they’re asking obama to issue pardons. For those saying “Hillary can’t be pardoned because she hasn’t been charged or convicted of a crime” that’s irrelevant. As Judge Napolitano, Ferrer and others have explained obama can pardon her, just as Ford pardoned Nixon. Jackson must have been paying attention because that is the basis of his request.
By the way is this not an admittance that she is in fact guilty! Dems know it, they just want to stop getting to the point of the truth coming out, which could potentially include others!
While many have their hopes up of seeing Clinton behind bars, don’t hold your breath. For the record the FBI, Dir Comey really, sent the message loud and clear that she will not be properly investigated. The Clinton Foundation investigation while it appears promising will go nowhere because you have to remember there are many loyalists within the govt. The sales and use of BleachBit must have spiked Nov 9th and the imagery from WW2 movies where Germans are destroying coding equipment and burning records comes to mind.
Serious note I have no doubt obama could pardon Clinton in the same spirit Pres Ford pardoned Nixon.
