Sheriff Painter of Midland TX warns that because the border is wide open anyone including ISIS terrorists can come across the US-Mexican border. He stated copies of the Quran and muslim clothing have been found along trails. Just a week ago Painter was on CNN stating law enforcement agencies were warned to be on the lookout for activity as terror cells were active in Mexico. Painter reiterated his threat to terrorists “if they show their ugly head in our area, we’ll send them to hell.”
If it wasn’t bad enough with the constant wave of illegal aliens, criminals and gang members rushing our border police and sheriffs now have to worry about terrorists crossing over. This threat is no thanks to DC’s failure to enforce the immigration laws on the books because lawmakers are more concerned with legalizing and tapping a new pool of dependent entitlement uninformed voters for their own selfish purposes. Money, power and control trumps the American people’s security. The threat extends the elites grasp for power and control to give them the excuse restrict our freedoms or have them taken away as we saw with the Patriot Act. DC’s lack of urgency to secure our borders makes it evidently clear they don’t care. They want it open because they chaos it creates is good business for them!
